Refund policy

At IAMME. by AM, we prioritize your satisfaction with your online purchase. You have 14 days to request a return from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to initiate a return, simply get in touch with us via email at support@iammebyam.com.

Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases. Direct exchanges are only available for Australian and Taiwanese customers.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please send an email to support@iammebyam.com specifying the reason for your return. Please wait for our approval before returning the package, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by our team.

Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.


Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA and TAIWAN

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.

INTERNATIONALLY

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. International exchanges are unable to be processed. Store credits can be issued if you are wanting to repurchase a different item. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty.
